Waiting in the anticipation of Christmas as a child is a painful countdown to that night of Santa's arrival and the mysterious magic that shrouds it. As an Adult, the magic is the Season itself, the general felt compassion for one another, love, Family, and giving nature that comes with the weather. Until the first snow fall, it's as if the magic is caged. So we wrote this album, Waiting For Snow, in the expectancy that as we ourselves tried to create something beautiful, the snow would begin falling, and we'd all be surrounded by the zeitgeist of Christmas past, present and future. Each song is our hope that as we sing of our own hopes, the snow will fall, and we'll all find a world that is a little more pure and white, filled with gladness, rather than darkness. In hopes that these songs inspire just that, we say Merry Christmas!
